Bali Garden Beach Resort needs SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER with qualifications :

* Leadership skills
* Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, and Reservation area
* Previous experience in managing a team

* Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
* Confidential and trustworthy

This position will report directly to the General Manager

Responsibilities :

* To assist the General Manager with effective management of the Sales Marketing and Reservation team

* To keep the Sales Marketing and Reservation team keep on track with the existing policies and procedures
* Maintain effective communication daily to staff, supervise and provide support to the Sales Marketing and Reservation team

* To maximize the occupancy, average rate and revenue of Bali Garden Group

* To ensure effective yield management processes are in place to maximize occupancy and average rates

* Produce, retain and file reports as required each day and month

* To implement promotions and specials to assist with already identified low demand dates

* To assist with contracting requirements to all wholesalers, agents, and online travel agents

* To assist as required with site inspections for Bali Garden Properties

* Complete regular market surveys to check on the competition

* To assist in maintaining our guest history and return guest program

* Assist with co ordination and advance preparation to assist those attending relevant trade shows and travel events
